Bank Account and Transaction Information

Odaap is used by you (user) to maintain all transaction for that purpose you (user) need to add transaction, update details related to all masters. This transaction results in related reports. All these financial information (transactions & reports) are associated with unique id can’t be accessed by others unless and until details of id is shared with others. As odaap we won’t use any of the details. But we may need to disclose these details on legal demands under Indian Law.


If you want to cancel the services then you need to drop the mail to, we maintain your data on our system for accounting purposes so that you can access the reports, but once you have terminated your account by asking for same then yours all data will be removed from server & deleted permanently. Here we have auto termination if you fail to log site in last 3 months.


 Odaap may, in its sole discretion, change these T&C or any part thereof at any time.
If you are a registered Member, Odaap will notify you of any such changes via email to the email address Odaap has on record for you. You will then be responsible for reading the revised T&C and ensuring that you are satisfied therewith and if not so satisfied, you are entitled to terminate your registration with Odaap.


Save for urgent or interim relief which may be granted by a competent court, in the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between you and Odaap on any matter provided for in, or arising out of these T&C, and not resolved through the Customer Relations Department of odaap, then such a dispute may be submitted to for resolve ,the higher end team will do the best to resolve the dispute between you (user) &odaap.
